Deposits are nonrefundable unless a cottage is not available for your use. If we cannot provide the cottage you’ve reserved, and no alternatives are available, we will refund your deposit(s) in full.
If you cancel your reservation a month or more in advance, we may be able to rebook the cottage for your timeframe. If we ARE able to do that, your deposit(s) will be refunded, minus a $500 booking fee.
RESERVATION INFORMATION:
For the 2023 Season we are requiring a minimum stay of four nights, although we can accommodate full weeks and longer if reservations are made early. Check-ins and check-outs are staggered to allow sufficient time for cottages to be thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and disinfected following CDC protocols.

COTTAGE DESCRIPTIONS AND
NIGHTLY RENTAL RATES (add 6% tax to all

THE NEST—three-story lakefront cottage;
handicap-accessible on main floor.
1. Sleeps 8 guests on three levels:
2 upstairs queen-size bedrooms each with private bath;handicap-accessible main level contains double-twin daybed that can accommodate
up to two additional guests with accessible bath; unattached lower suite contains queen-size bedroom with private bath and walk-out to beach.
3. Full kitchen with combined spacious living/dining area.
4. Central AC.
5. Located on main beach area with access to C-Dock.
RATE: $450 per night, four-night minimum
required. $300 refundable security deposit.
THE LODGE—three-story lakefront cottage.
1. Sleeps 8 guests on three levels: loft sleeps 4 in two double beds; main floor sleeps 2 in queen-size bedroom with bath; walk-out level sleeps 2
in queen-size bedroom with bath.
2. Full kitchen and combined living/dining area.
3. Window AC units; gas fireplace.
4. Located on main beach area with access to C-Dock.
RATE: $400 per night, four-night minimum required. $300 refundable security deposit.
THE RETREAT—two-story cottage; sits back from the waterfront; may be reserved only as an “extra” cottage with rental of Nest and/or Lodge
1. Sleeps 2 on main floor in queen bedroom and 4 more upstairs in two twin beds and one double.
2. Spacious kitchen and living room on main floor; one bath.
3. Window AC units on each floor; gas fireplace in living room.
RATE: $350 per night, four-night minimum required. $300 refundable security deposit.
